Ok, that most definitely helped!
I found out that when Exchange Queue Viewer opens it accesses a file (XML in
nature) in C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\MMC
called "Exchange Queue Viewer"
Something obviously happened with that file that caused the MMC to not
recognize it. So, I renamed that file and opened up Exchange Queue Viewer.
A new "Exchange Queue Viewer" file was created and then the viewer opened.
